Logging into ESS (Employee)

If the ESS account has been activated, then follow these steps to log in.  

  1. Navigate to www.myofficepro.myisolved.com/cloudservice, another ESS website, or use the App.
  2. Key in your username
  3. Click Continue

  4. Key in your password.

    If you receive an error message stating "No Accounts Found" after logging in, contact your employer to update your access. 
  6. Select one of the listed methods to verify your account.
  7. Click Continue

  8. Enter the verification code.
  9. Click Continue

  10. The option to "Setup a Passkey" appears.  You have two options available on this page.
    1. Setup Passkey - allows you to use your fingerprint or a PIN for a quicker, more secure login.
    2. Maybe Later - allows for this setup to be completed later.  If this option is selected, this opportunity will be presented at subsequent logins.  2026-02-02_15-52-24
  11. The option to "Setup an Authenticator App" appears. You have three options available on this page.
    1. Set Up Now - allows you to set up a passwordless option.  Once this is set up, future logins will use the options you have added.
    2. Maybe Later - allows for this setup to be completed later. If this option is selected, this opportunity will be presented at subsequent logins.
    3. Note: This does not allow you to bypass multi-factor authentication.
