Reset ESS Login (Employee)

It is recommended trying the Forgot Password Link prior to taking these steps.  If that does not work, contact your employer to request that your ESS account be reset.  Once started, follow these steps to complete the process. 

  1. Receive an email from noreply@myisolved.com. Click the link to move to the next step. 2026-02-06_10-59-44
  2. Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) and the Customer Service Reset Code.
    1. You can copy and paste the reset code
  3. Set up new credentials, including a password, mobile phone number (optional), and security challenge questions.

  4. Click Reset Account to complete the process.

    Note: If a mobile phone number was entered, then an authorization code was texted to that number. Before continuing to the login screen, enter the authorization code texted to that number.
