Updating an Employee's ESS Email Address (Client User)

Follow these instructions to update an employee's email address used to log into ESS. 

  1. Go to: Employee Management > Employee Maintenance > General in the menu bar.General Screen - 3
  2. Select the Employee from the Employee List.

  3. Uncheck Enable Self-Service Email. 

    Uncheck Box

  4. Click Save.

    Click Save-1

     

  5. Update the email address.  Recheck the Enable Self-Service Access. Updating Email Address - 5
  6. Click Save. 

    Click Save-1
