What if my employee's account is disabled?

There are two reasons an account can be disabled:

  1. Your account was never activated.

  2. It is an inactive account.  


To resolve this issue:

  1. Navigate to Employee Management > Employee Maintenance > General and verify the employee's account has been activated. 

    1. If no, activate the employee's ESS account. 
    2. If yes, reset the employee's ESS account (see Reset ESS Login instructions).
